Jennifer Herr, MA, LAPC, has been providing therapeutic services to families since graduating with her counseling degree from New York University in 2009. Jennifer has been working with children and teens for much of her life. She believes that all children can have a positive impact on their world and is passionate about guiding them to reach their full potential. She see clients of all ages and for a variety of reasons including trauma, stres management, anxiety, ADHD, grief, school issues, attachment, divorce, family transitions, illness, etc.

Jennifer is working towards her RPT, a specialized certification in play therapy. She has been to multiple trainings in this field and has taken two play therpy courses from Georgia State University to specialize in this method. Jennifer is also trained and uses tools from other therapeutic modalities, such as, Theraplay , Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Dilial Therapy.

In her free time Jennifer loves to play, cook, read, travel, and spend lots of time with her friends and family.
